You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to your Irexis.com products and program to any third party.

8.        Payment

You agree to pay for all products you purchase at Irexis.com. After you have provided your credit card, or debit card or checking account details, and that information has been verified, your product order will be processed and your card and or account will be charged. In some instances you may opt to automatically renew and be billed for every 24 days to monthly shipments of the product(s) you’ve selected. Based on the product plan you have chosen. Renewals will continue until you cancel your renewal recurrent order(s). Users are financially responsible for all associated renewal and recurrent order fees.

9.        Shipping Policies

DOMESTIC (United States) ORDERS

Customers residing in the United States may choose from three shipping options; USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Orders sent via USPS Priority Mail cost $9.95 for Shipping and Handling and are delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders sent via FedEx 2Day cost $19.99 for Shipping and Handling and are delivered within 2 business days. FedEx Standard Overnight costs $29.99 and will be delivered the next Business Day.

An adult signature is not required at time of delivery for USPS Priority packages; FedEx Packages will require an adult signature. Orders that are to be shipped out via FedEx must be entered by 12:00 PM (EST). Any orders placed after 12:00 (EST) may be shipped out the next business day.

There is a $15 charge for address changes once the order has been processed.

We are able to ship P.O. BOXES through USPS Priority Mail. We cannot send orders via FedEx to a PO Box.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders sent outside of the United States cost $39.99 (and up depending on weight) and are generally delivered within 14-30 business days via FedEx International Priority Delivery. Because of the rising fuel costs and increased security requirements on packages, there is an additional International Processing Fee (amount varies on the country). Any orders shipped outside the United States must be placed on the International Order Page. In the event that you place an international order on the Domestic Orders page, we reserve the right to bill your credit card the difference in shipping costs. This fee does not apply to orders shipped within the United States. All prices are in US Dollars.

CUSTOMS / DUTIES FEES:
There are times that items are held by customs and there is an associated customs fee. We have no control over your country’s mailing policies, and can not take responsibility for any fee that may be attached to your package. Your shipping fee is only to cover the International Shipping and Handling costs. You may wish to check with your local post office before placing an order.

If your order is held by customs and it is returned to us, we will provide a full refund minus shipping and handling.

10.      WHAT IS YOUR 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?

Simply place an order for any number of bottles of Irexis and use them for 30 days. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, just contact us within 30 days of your purchase and arrange a return and we will refund 100% of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

To be eligible for the 30 Day Guarantee you must:

• i.        Either call or make a written request via email for your refund within 30 days from the date of your order.
• ii.       Obtain a return authorization code (RMA) and ship back within 37 days from the date of your order all bottles (whether sealed, opened or empty). Write the RMA on the outside of the package that you are returning. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items.
• iii.       You must be a first time customer of any of our sites and you must have purchased our product(s) directly via Irexis.com. Customers who have selected our Recurrent Order Program are eligible to receive a refund for the initial order only. Subsequent orders are not covered by this refund policy.
• iv.      Only one guarantee claim per customer shall be honored. Shipping and handling charges are excluded and are non refundable. When completed, send your email to comments@irexis.com. If you have met all the above criteria you will be credited pursuant to the policy outlined here.

Please note:
Once the order process has begun, there may be a $15.00 cancellation fee charged due to fees incurred from the credit card merchant account, product warehouse, shipping courier and/or distribution center for any order cancelled prior to shipment. 11.    Recurrent Billing Program Details

Just place an order under the Recurrent Billing Plan for an incredible savings! By joining the Recurrent Billing Program, you are authorizing us to place an order for you every 24 days, so you will have your package in time for the next month. A confirmation of the order will be sent to the e-mail account that you provided. You may cancel anytime after your second order is received. Cancellation prior to that time will result in an Early Termination fee. No returns or refunds will be accepted if the recurrent order was not cancelled prior to our sending the next package.

Please Note: The Early Termination fee will be the difference between the price of the item that is under the Recurrent Billing plan and the price of a Single Bottle order.

12.     Gift Certificate Terms of Use

i. Gift certificates can be used to purchase any non-Rx product in our store. Any Rx prescription order is excluded for use with the prescription offer. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 18 months from the date of the gift certificate were purchased.

ii. Sending E-mail Gift Certificates:

When sending e-mail gift certificates, please be aware that some e-mail programs may block or even delete e-mail messages which originate from an address not specified by the recipient as an accepted address. All e-mail gift certificates are sent from this website. If you are concerned that you (the recipient) may have e-mail filters turned on, you may want to send or reissue the gift certificate to your own e-mail address and then forward it to them or print it out to give to them. Electronic gift certificate orders received during normal business hours will be sent out the same business day. After hours orders will be sent the following business day.

iii. Redeeming Gift Certificates:

When you enter your gift certificate’s code for the first time, the certificate is automatically redeemed onto your account and the information is logged into our database. If you receive an error message when using the gift certificate, please feel free to contact us at customer service at: (866) 566-5642. It could be that you have used up the amount on your gift certificate. Any other issues questions about purchasing or using a gift certificate can be found out by calling (866) 566-5642.

iv. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash nor can’t be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance left on the gift certificate when the expiration date occurs will not be honored.

v. If your order is less than the amount of the gift certificate, the remaining amount may be used at a later date. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the remainder of the balance with a different form of payment.

vi. Gift certificates and their use on this website are subjects to it’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

vii. We may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about redeeming their gift certificates.

viii. We will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a gift certificate was obtained illegally and/or used to purchase a product on our website(s).
